• Due to overwhelming orders ( thank u very much) Please allow us to deliver ur item 1-3 business days after payment has been made. We need time to check everyone payment, wrap everything and ship out the item to pos laju
• All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable.

• We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The design may slightly different from what you see ( example : the position of the flowers may at different places)
• This is very important. Reservation is allowed for 24 hrs ONLY. After that all reservations without payment will automatically canceled. Applicable also if u pay on 3rd day after confirm taking the item; we will refund ur money if the item has been sold. Whoever pays first, get the item first.
• We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
• If addressee is not available by the time POS Laju at his/her place, we advise you to pickup his/her item at nearest POSLAJU branch.
• We ship items ordered/paid 2 times a week. Reservations are only for 24 hrs. We need time to check payment, check inventory and wrap items before shipping it out. So give us sometime to wrap ur items. After payment is made, Items will be sent out in 1-3 business days. If you fail to make full payment as we agreed ur reservation on the item will be automatically canceled without prior notice. Some items are only valid for 24 hrs reservation.
